Discovering "NIMBA"
Hello Friends, As you know I am a regular practitioner of yoga and always excited to learn new things related to health. In search of trying to lead a healthy stress free life, I came across "NIMBA nature cure" near Mehsana , Gujarat. After spending few days at the place, I felt lighter and more energetic throughout a day.I learnt how to recharge your body and flush out toxins ,it revealed me few secrets for healthy living style at Nimba.
Nimba nature cure is a place where you can learn ‘How to adopt a natural health lifestyle’
that will make our body to function at its best. It proved to be the first step towards saying “Good Bye” to medicines and their
side-effects. It meant that a person should not start seeking healthy life
secrets only after bodily sufferings. Often, unawareness leads to several mistakes in day to day lifestyle.
After understanding and listening to my own body, I felt rejuvenated.

- Sleeping Habits -The best
thing which I liked at Nimba nature cure , they will turn off TV for all rooms at 10 pm. I understood that it is important for good health to sleep early. The people who sleep
late , may eventually suffer from many serious diseases ,especially cancer and heart problems due to increase in blood pressure and
cholesterol level in the body. A habit of sleeping early helps in proper
physical regeneration.
- Eating Habits - In our eating
habits, there are lots of myths and facts concluded by experts. I feel
mindful eating cannot cause harm ,even if you are eating gulabjamuns or any
craving foods. Mindful eating is a practice that develop your awareness
of right eating habits ie awareness of eating slowly, chew
thoroughly, appreciate your food etc.. At Nimba ,there is a strict diet
prescribed by doctor , according to our body types. It is difficult to live
on a restricted diet but after knowing its worth and importance, you will
appreciate. I learnt from NIMBA that a patient’s diet is only his/her medicine.
- Yoga - It is a complete package
for weight loss, a strong and flexible body, glowing ,beautiful skin,
peaceful mind, good health – whatever you may be looking for, yoga has it
to offer you. Some people may find it boring because they may say yoga is
just a posture / asana of the body. Actually Yoga is uniting the body, mind
and breath. When you are in harmony, you will get immense benefits.
- Detoxification- A proper
cleansing or good habits for naturally detoxifying the body can really
help you to achieve amazing health benefits. Nimba is a synonym for
detoxification. Therapies and massages will help in releasing toxins from
your body tissues and muscles, through your blood and through the
lymphatic system. It also helps the body to pump more oxygen and absorbs nutrients
into tissues and vital organs. This makes massage therapy a great
supplement for all our body parts. However doctor will advise you to
continue detoxification and cleansing process according to your body type even after retreating back from NIMBA.

produce secretions that keep the body balanced and thus heals. Technically ,It
activates brain cells that release endorphin, which produces a feeling of
happiness and peace.
During
my stay at NIMBA ,they made an effort to purify the body internally and
stabilize the mind. The daily routine of person will be regularized properly. By prescribing short term fasting the digestive tract is
given a physiological rest and subsequently with the use of plenty of fruits,
juices and water, digestive system gets improved. Yoga practices ,including Pranayama and meditation are prescribed and taught for relieving mental strain.
I am
overwhelmed! I have lots of things which I experienced at NIMBA. It is the
perfect place for whom who wants to understand our body, It can give you the right
knowledge for maintaining health. By regulating healthy habits ,including eating,
sleeping or daily routine ,one can not only improve his health and stay
away from diseases.
I have
discovered "NIMBA". I am discovering “LIFE”.
