Get out of your "COMFORT ZONE"

You've heard people say you need to get out of your comfort zone, Right ? Taking own example- Cooking dinner is no big deal  for me ,when you do it all the time- it's familiar , but Driving a car for the first time or skydiving a new job are all activities that are full of uncertainty.

  • It leads to personal growth. When you do an outdoor adventure like skydiving or rock climbing with some anxiety and self doubt it will give you huge feelings of accomplishment and success
