Challenges change your life



Challenges are part of our life. From birth to till death. That's keep us growing and learning. I faced challenges in Career, Relationship, Health etc... as we all face at certain point of time.

In case you want to enhance your fitness or health, than the first class factor to do is to make 
 small, incremental changes on a daily basis.

With that in mind, I have pushed myself to develop or change one habit every single month.

  • Developed a daily morning routine- I challenged myself to getup early morning 4:30 am for 10days . Result 9 out of 10days,genuine I missed one day. Getting very early in morning taught me few lessons and framed a terrific habit.
  • Walking each and every day-Discovered a few ideas on how to encourage myself to stroll  every and each day.
  • Meditation every day on same time.
  • Drink warm water daily.
  • Cut down sweets
  • Train mind to see good in everything & many greater things ..... 

Sticking to your goal or regular exercise  schedule isn't easy. After all, there are plenty of potential hindrances — time, boredom, injuries, body pain . But these issues don't need to stand in your manner, when you challenge yourself. Bollywood movie Sultan which is full of lessons-#Salman Khan`s believe that he can beat anybody even though he is not fully fit is the best example of self believe, every day he Challenge hard for achieving his ultimate goal, same for us we should believe in ourself and no matter what other says we must work hard to achieve our goals.


I make Challenges that affect and effect me. Now this series of challenges are part of my life. Pushing my mind to fight with daily challenge. I feel that without challenge, will never know about ours limits and potential. Because of this experience, I developed an inner sense of self satisfaction,  boost confidence  and overcome shyness too.


We all have power over our lives. It may be difficult to realize. For example We all know getting early in morning is good, but we cannot get up. Our laziness holds up our body and we cannot able to drag out of bed. Here Challenges work for lazy people :P



Give Challenge to yourself and make changes in your life. But to meet goals and objectives, we should keep in mind that mantra: “Without challenge, there is no change.”

So challenge yourself every day :)
