The practices of yoga may greatly aid in helping you look more youthful by inducing a characteristic glow and make you more refreshed.



Housewives may be doing their daily routine work but it cannot become a
substitute for regular exercise. There is a difference between household work and health benefits related to physical exercise and yoga.

Though household work burns calories and makes you physically active, but is not an alternative to regular exercise or yoga. It is recommended that either you do at least 30 to 45 minutes of walking daily or do 45 minutes of yoga per day. If you can spare time, the best possible approach is to do walking followed by yoga.

Yoga will benefit your body as well as mind. The major benefits of yoga are better health, relaxation of mind and body, improved breathing, improved posture, and control of body weight.
In addition, regular yoga practice will help to achieve:

~ better health of all body organs and endocrine glands. This helps to maintain better health against ailments related to the aging of the body.

~ better immunity

~ better capacity to withstand stress

~ better control of blood pressure

~ better energy levels

Thus we can say that yoga practice can polish your overall health and personality.
